Jos Food Festival 2026 - THIS IS PLATEAU is our most ambitious festival experience yet.

For the first time, the festival expands into a three-day celebration of food, culture, creativity, entertainment, and hospitality, running alongside The Season, our proposed 72-hour Nigerian-style shawarma record attempt.

Unlike previous editions, the festival is designed to run across an extended programme, with guests arriving and experiencing it at different times throughout the three days. Our vendors are therefore a critical part of the experience.

Vendor spaces for this edition are limited and curated. Selected businesses are expected to demonstrate strong products, professional presentation, and the manpower, inventory, production, and logistical capacity required to operate within the festival schedule.

IMPORTANT: Submitting this application does not guarantee selection. Applications will be reviewed based on product suitability, uniqueness, operational capacity, and overall fit within the festival.

VENDOR DECLARATION & AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and understood the requirements for participation as a vendor at Jos Food Festival 2026 — THIS IS PLATEAU.

I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee selection and that vendor spaces are limited, curated, and subject to the festival’s product and category selection process. If selected, I agree to operate only within my approved menu/offering and understand that certain products or categories may be limited or offered on an exclusive basis.

I confirm that my business has, or will provide, the appropriate manpower, stock, production and logistical capacity required to maintain consistent product availability and service standards throughout our assigned operating periods during the three-day festival.

I agree to comply with all festival requirements relating to food safety, sanitation, waste management, security, accreditation and operations, including attendance at any mandatory vendor briefing or orientation.

I understand that vendor fees, stall provisions, access tags, setup requirements and official payment instructions will only be communicated to successful applicants, and that payments must only be made through channels officially authorized by CHEF ELVIS LTD / Jos Food Festival.
